Repeat Prescriptions
If you are tired of organising and re-ordering repeat medication, we can help. Our Manage Repeat removes the stress and hassle from your medications.
First, we will synchronise your medicines and then we will handle the on-going re-ordering of your medication. You will receive a text when it is time to collect or simply have your next supply delivered to your door

How to order
Patients can order repeat prescriptions through their GP surgery using their NHS account, online services, or by contacting the surgery.
Repeat dispensing
If a GP has set up repeat dispensing, a patient may be able to ask their pharmacy directly for their medication.
Emergency repeat medications
Never go without your essential medication. Our pharmacist can review your medical record and provide you with
an Emergency supply.
This will provide the time required for us to re-order your full prescription and for your GP Practice to issue your prescriptions, without you missing a dose
Checking prescriptions
When collecting or having prescriptions delivered, patients should check the bag before leaving the pharmacy. If there are any medications that the patient doesn't need, they can return them to the pharmacy.
How to order a repeat prescription
If you take medicine regularly, you'll usually have a repeat prescription. This means you can order your medicine when you need it, without having to see a GP every time.
You might be able to ask your pharmacy directly for your medicine if your GP has set this up (repeat dispensing). If not, you'll need to order your medicines through a repeat prescription from your GP surgery.
There are 3 ways to order a repeat prescription from your GP surgery:
Using your NHS account.
Using other online services or apps.
