Seen straight away by pharmacist. I was aware it was close to closing time on a Friday evening, however, there was no sense of being rushed. Pharmacist was fantastic. He checked my child thoroughly, put him at ease (and myself) and was able to prescribe antibiotics. Very grateful for the service provided. Thank you.

I was suffering a severe ear infection and was advised to contact my local pharmacies for a consultation. Whilst all the local pharmacies were unable to see me for several days, on contacting Scots Pharmacy I was informed that I could come down right away. On attending the practice I was seen by the pharmacist in a very timely manner despite there being a queue for prescriptions. The pharmacist, after a thorough investigation confirmed that I had a severe infection. He prescribed a course of antibiotics and suggested a follow up appointment the following week in order to asses how to alleviate the earwax build up following the infection. On attending this further appointment I again was examined right away a precribed a treatment to clear the earwax. This was my first visit to this pharmacy and it far exceeded the service I received from any other local pharmacies. The staff were extemely courteous, pleasant and professional and the music played in the practice was pretty good as well.
